Overview

The talented and enterprising Anna Novobrantseva came from Pskov to conquer Moscow quite by accident: scammers posing as producers of popular TV projects and collecting money from gullible provincials gave her, as the winner of a non-existent contest called "You Are a Star," a fake Moscow address and, along with it, the hope of becoming a singer. However, His Majesty Chance did bring her into contact with the capital's show business.
