Overview

In 2007, 16-year-old girl Qiao Qingyu and her family, tormented by rumors about her sister Qiao Beiyu's death, were forced to relocate from their small county town of Shunyun to the provincial capital of Huanzhou. In order to quickly restore their family's normal life, Qingyu, with the help of her classmate Ming Sheng, began searching for the true cause of her sister's death.

It is a story of tragedy. Quin Yu is consumed with the desire to know the truth about her sister's death. While struggling with her family issues she meets Ming Sheng. They are drawn to each other immediately but circumstances keep them apart. It is a coming of age story with anguish and a lot of family drama. The performances were good from the entire cast. Zhou Yi Ran was excellent as always. Zhang Jin Yi was very good in this role. The chemistry between them was good. The story was just so dark it overshadowed everything else for me.
