Welad Al Balad (2014)

Overview

A Lebanese series follows Firas and Tamara, a couple separated due to sectarian differences, forcing Firas to leave the country for seven years. Upon his return, he is confronted with emotional upheaval and the discovery of Tamara’s betrayal. As past love and unresolved tensions resurface, both are drawn into a web of family pressure, social division, and personal regret, forcing them to confront whether love can survive time, distance, and deeply rooted societal barriers.
