Jingi 22: Crazy Beast (1999)

Overview

The territory of the sand group reveals the existence of dark violent finance. Hitoshi and Yoshiro board the nightclub, which is the hideout, but the mastermind Himuro is a man with an eerie atmosphere, even if he is a sand group partner.
