Under Arrest (1999)

Overview

Detective Mike Anthony and Officer John Nagel are patrolmen assigned to the park because of recent “indecent exposure” problems. Before you know it, our cops are well in charge of the situation in the park when they become more involved in sucking and screwing than making arrests.
