Certainly not pitched at my age demographic, probably more likely my daughters, to me this seems like your usual dose of somewhat shallow woke-ism. I didn't linger too long but what I found ironic is how this film makes a pitch for "diversity" which always end up looking like "conformity". Join "tribe" A (the beautiful brainwashed technocrats) or B (the alleged non conformists agrarians) and its collectivism, not individuality, whichever way you cut it. This movie is based on a 2005 novel and was a good movie. I can understand that some may not like it because it challenges their perception of the world. If you give it a chance and actually watch it without any preconceived notions, it is a good movie.
