Overview

Gertrud is young, beautiful, rich, and the mother of three-month-old Vilhelm, whom she adores. When he is kidnapped, she is initially paralyzed with shock, but then she takes matters into her own hands. The police and the press are stepping on each other's toes to solve the crime, but Gertrud gets there first. And a surprise awaits her: the kidnapper may be able to offer her son something she herself cannot.
