Overview
When a dismembered hand is found in a city pond, maverick cop Rembrandt Macy is drawn into a chilling investigation. His search for answers leads him into the secret life of the victim, guided by her roommate Nikki. 8.0Yeah, it's a B-Movie. It stinks of B-Movie. It's a neo-noir sort of trope filled strip club obsessed cop movie... ... but it is an entertaining one. It is surprisingly well acted Even after the opening shoot out you could almost feel Berringer on the brink of a heart attack. It's got old faces that still know how to pull a trick or two and some new faces that really need a shot at the big shows.
