This documentary follows a Deki, a man driven by personal moral and political conviction, who operates as a sniper for the breakaway republic's, in Eastern Ukraine. It does not matter what side of the political divide you are on, this is a compelling watch. Its a sad insight into the many horrors of war that are both physical and psychological. It examines the impact of what amounts to a war of attrition, not only the sniper and other soldiers who fight but also civilians, who live each day under the constant threat of injury and death.
