Overview

6.0Clearly inspired by 'Smile' but without the satirical bent, this offers a long look at a national talent competition for pert teen twirlers, showing the the hard work needed to make the grade and the stresses put upon the girls and their parents as they compete for the big prize. Packed with spangly costumes and gleaming smiles, the contestants are delightful, even when displaying their dubious talents.
