6.0An interesting film out of Chad. There isn't much 'meat on the bones', so to speak, as it kinda meanders through its 90 or so minute run time, but it without a doubt holds interest as it portrays a fictionalized version of director Mahamat-Saleh Haroun's journey. Haroun also stars and does do well, as do a few of the others - namely Aïcha Yelena. It is a pleasant enough watch and a respectable effort, just not one I'd wanna revisit in search of entertainment in a hurry.
