Clever in its meta movie aspects, but lacking in consistency. While keeping a good pace and has enough charisma to keep you ignoring logical flaws along the way, the last part becomes a bit too much of a mess and degrades an otherwise good horror movie experience. It is a pity as the core story is not bad and the script holds some interesting twists that keeps even seasoned horror movie aficionados on their toes until the end.

87/100 From the director of "The Grudge" comes this story about a director who is making a film about a slaughter that took place in a hotel 35 years ago. From the time she gets the script, his starring actress is haunted by visions of what really happened. I see a lot of horror movies and I like many of them as I like the genre. But, considering I see a lot, it's very rare for me to see one that is this good! Creepy as hell, the thrill ride never stops and the end is mind blowing. Brilliantly twisted!!
