Overview

Frustrated with his commitment-phobic boyfriend Chris and running out of time, Min makes a proposal: a green-card marriage with their friend Angela in exchange for her partner Lee's expensive IVF. “To thine own self be true” is more than just an oft-used platitude. It’s also good advice, given that concocting and pulling off a scheme rooted in artifice is virtually assured to fail. Remember the “Proposal” (2009)? Well this is a sort of derivative of that only here it is two gay couples who decide that a bit of judicious legerdemain might enable one to get a green card and another to fund some fertility treatment.
