Overview

2.0Una película de slasher y comedia que agrega elementos cuestionables y no logra brillar a pesar de su ambientación. Se basa más en ser un homenaje que otra cosa. "Brute 1976" es una entrega difícil de ver por su planteamiento, la cual hace todo el intento por dar una sorpresa, pero no lo logra. Es un filme que se basa más en brindar un homenaje (incluso desde su poster) que dar una originalidad sustentable, la misma toma elementos de cintas viejas con la finalidad de establecer una conexión con el espectador, pero, ¿realmente funciona? 4.0Might be a clear homage to The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and The Hills Have Eyes, but Brute 1976 just is an uninteresting horror film that I found my mine drifting and scrolling through an app on my phone. The cinematography was decent but the characters pretty forgettable and rather bland performances along with the script. **2.0/5**
