Overview

Urquiza Hill, former city of Paraná. The redirection of the pandemic and the subsequent restructuring of the social fabric brought changes in people's lives and in the river. While watching a period documentary, a mysterious character narrates the events that have occurred in this region once the wetland disappeared.
